FBA Joins the Capricorn Coast Food and Wine Festival for another Farmer Meets Foodie Event

We were proud to join the Capricorn Food and Wine Festival again this year for another Farmer Meets Foodie event.

Local chef, Cameron Maltby worked with four local producers to create a special nose to tail masterclass experience. All four of the local producers work closely with FBA and run sustainable businesses close to Rockhampton. Keeping true to their ethos, Cameron utilised parts of the lamb that are normally wasted and crafted a delicious meal. Here is a quick highlight reel from the evening!
