Natural Assets 2020 Survey Privacy and Security Statement
Survey data will remain confidential, and individuals will not be identified from this survey. All data collected from this survey will be stored securely. Fitzroy Basin Association (FBA) complies with the Privacy Act 1988 and the Privacy Amendment Act 2012, and stores all information on a designated and password-protected, local server. FBA uses Gravity Forms to collect and store survey responses which means the information collected will be sorted in FBA’s database. Survey reports from Gravity Forms will be exported and then stored on FBA’s password protected storage. Survey reports will be transferred using Dropbox for the purposes of data analysis using Nvivo software.

The email address you enter in this survey will not be used to contact, identify, or connect you with your answers in any way; both you and your survey answers will remain anonymous.
