Protecting lives, homes & business from fire – manage & prepare for fire & wildfire in the Injune and Maranoa area

Fire Management Plans protect lives and livelihoods. With the weather becoming more extreme it is important that CQ land managers review and update their fire management plans.
Working with regional experts, you will leave this workshop with a customised property plan, the latest localised information and more confidence in preventing and preparing for bushfires.

Come along to learn…

  • How to reduce bushfire threats on your property
  • How to balance fire management and productivity
  • What fire control methods are best for your property
  • How to understand fire – how fire moves and interacts with different climates and vegetation
PLUS get free large-scale maps of your property and support to create your own Fire Management Plan.
