Gladstone Harbour Explorer—Barge Tour
To celebrate World Oceans Day Port Curtis Harbour Watch in conjunction with Conservation Volunteers Australia invites you to investigate the water quality of Gladstone Harbour.
The theme for World Oceans Day 2023 is; Planet Ocean: Tides are Changing. There is growing recognition of the need to look after our oceans for the future of our planet. Join us to learn how local organisations and industry are working to look after our local waterways, wetlands and marine environments.
We will cruise Gladstone’s inner harbour aboard the Curtis Ferry Barge and learn about water quality monitoring and why water quality is important to our harbour environment.
Supported by Gladstone Ports Corporation, APLNG and CVA.
Light snack provided.
