Program overview
This is a simple and straight forward three-session training package to empower participants to make informed decisions about managing the improvement of their soil to lift enterprise productivity.
What we will cover
The train the trainer will introduce potential trainers to the course. We will cover:
– The PGS program
– The course outline and learning objectives
– The slides and delivery methods
– The coaching process

We expect that potential deliverers will have existing technical knowledge of soil science. We understand that this will vary between deliverers, so we have several methods to upskill early career deliverers.
