The 3-course dinner is a unique culinary experience showcasing the exceptional talents of local growers, whose farm-fresh ingredients will take centre-stage on your plate.
This event is about more than just the food. It’s an opportunity to connect with the heart of our community, as the other attendees will be none other than regional farmers.
Engage in lively conversations with these passionate individuals who have dedicated their lives to the land. Learn firsthand about their sustainable practices, commitment to quality, and the stories behind the produce.

What’s on the menu:
To start with a lavish grazing antipasto featuring local and international cheeses, cured meats, olives, nuts, dried and fresh fruits, crackers, breads and dips. Plus, hot bites of arancini balls, spiced meat balls, croquettes and mini quiches.
Mains will be shared platters featuring three different cuts of produce and three dishes (Korean-style pork shoulder, sliced rump with gascon butter and slow-cooked beef ragu).
Finish with mini pavlovas, chocolate brownies, cheesecake, citrus tart and assorted slices.
