Join Capricornia Catchments for a community clean-up on around the Keppel’s! All marine debris will be analysed and the data will be uploaded to the Australian Marine Debris Initiative (AMDI) Database.

Meet at Pier One, Rosslyn Bay-Freedom Fast Cats at 8:30am for a 9am departure. Return time is approximately 3:30pm. BYO lunch.

We will then be beach hopping around Keppel Bay island group, collecting marine debris and bringing it back on board the Freedom Fast Cats boat.

Volunteers need to wear enclosed shoes, bring sun/rain protection, and plenty of drinking water (1 to 2 litres is recommended). We try to ensure that all events are free from single-use plastic, so bring along your reusable water bottle. All equipment and drinking water top-ups will be provided.
