Darren Pointon
Out ‘n’ about trapping and outfitters
Darren has been a professional vertebrate pest manager for the last 30 years. Specialising in wild dogs, Darren works with government and private landholders to resolve wild dog impacts on livestock, native wildlife and people.
Jordy Oostrom
Northern Trapping Services
Jordy has been trapping predators for over 25 years, developing his business as a professional pest controller. Jordy’s experience includes trapping, deer control and guided hunts in Europe and North America.
Kate Woolley
FBA Land Management Officer
Kate is an experienced agricultural advisor who has helped many CQ graziers and growers reduce pests to increase productivity and profitability. During this event, Kate will discuss the effects of wild dog control on calving survival (from pregnancy to weaning) and the monetary impact on businesses.
