What: Guest Speakers – Lenique Lawson and Jay Warcon.

Lenique is a CQUni Alumni, graduating with a Bachelor of Laws and is currently working as a Policy Officer with the Australian Human Rights Commission. Lenique is a Proud Torres Strait Islander woman, young married Mum of two and resides here in Rockhampton.

Jay Warcon a young Darumbal man, following a career in medicine, is currently studying the CQU Medical Pathways program. Jay is an exceptional young man and in 2025 will continue his medical studies with University of Queensland.
