10.00am – Meet at old Railway Station James Street – If you would like your kids to be painted up please arrive with plenty of time
10.30am – Depart old Railway Station for Walk to beachfront flag poles
11.00am – Arrive at flag poles, for sausage sizzle and to await Opening Ceremony including Traditional Smoking Ceremony, Traditional Dancers, Speakers, and Flag Raising
