Fitzroy Basin Association is giving away a 2-day pass to the YBPF plus covering the cost of transport* and accommodation! In return, we ask that the winner promote their YBPF experience on social media and recognise FBA.

Terms and Conditions
This promotion is conducted by Fitzroy Basin Association Inc. Entry into the give-away constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. By entering the promotion, entrants accept and acknowledge full responsibility for their decision to participate in the promotion and to take a prize if they are drawn as a winner. All entry instructions and prize information published by FBA forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

  • Entrants must be between the ages of 18 – 40 years to enter
  • Entrants must be a resident in the Fitzroy Basin to enter
  • Entrants must demonstrate their direct connection to the beef industry
  • Entrants must apply through www.fba.org.au before midnight AEST Monday, 4 November 2019.
  • FBA employees and their immediate family members are not eligible. Immediate family includes only spouses, parents and children.
  • Entry to the give-away opens on Tuesday, 29 November 2019. Entries close on Monday, 4 November 2019, at 11.59pm AEST.

Prize
The winner will be determined by Fitzroy Basin Association Inc. The judges’ decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the decision. The winner will be selected and announced on Wednesday, 6 November 2019. The winner will be contacted via phone. All winner/s have four days to reply and claim the prize. Once this period expires, if the prize has still not been claimed, the promoter has the right to select a new winner. All prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-replaceable. Prizes cannot be transferred for cash or credit.

*FBA’s discretion regarding transport and accommodation. Prizes are subject to conditions. 

The winner will be expected to post four social media posts during the YBPF event; sharing their experience and tagging @FitzroyBasin

Rights
Entrants consent to Fitzroy Basin Association Inc. using their name, likeness, image and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion (including any outcome), and promoting any products manufactured, distributed and/or supplied by the Promoter.
